Heating /Air-conditioning- WIFI.
You can use the umbrella and chair for the beach.

By car: Motorway A8 from Nice or Italy
By train: frequently trains from everywhere, 10 minutes walking
By plane: Fly to Nice-Cote d'Azur airport, and then take the 100/110 bus to Menton
Fly to Turin, Genova, Milan Bergamo,Grenoble, Lyon and then to Menton by train

 

 In the pedestrian road in Menton city centre. Close to railway, airport, nightclub, A-road / Motorway, Lively area, pebbly beach , sandy beach. Beach: less than 50 m, Shops: less than 50 m, Restaurant: less than 50 m, Supermarket: less than 50 m, Train station : 500 m / 1425 ft, Hospital : 600 m / 1710 ft.
